The fleet management system can be used as part of TMK 4.0 DMS and as a standalone system. The program supports the management of offers, car purchases, the operation of rented cars and the issue of cost invoices. It manages the motorway stickers as well as fines and billing records. The system offers complete functionality for customer registration, handling rental contracts, listing operating functions (e.g. services and damage events), creating pre- and post-calculations, sale of run-off vehicles, thereby helping to simplify processes and work more efficiently.

Lists and declarations required by the Accounting Act, management information essential for making the appropriate decisions with the help of the built-in lists and freely configurable general search module can be smoothly retrieved. Data is also available per self-accounting unit, which gives you a choice of separable bookkeeping of multiple sites, sales areas, or brands. As part of an integrated accounting system, OMS fits perfectly with sales and warehouse-service modules. Thus there is no multiple data collection. Accounting of certificates issued is automatic. It can provide information about receivables to the billing modules.


The Price Offer Maker allows traders to present the car anywhere and any time and make a comprehensive offer (extras, accessories, financing, offsetting). It is related to the importer databases and the trader’s TMK 4.0 DMS and thus manages importer and trader inventories and promotions in real-time. The program can be used even without a DMS connection, and the completed offer can be sent directly to the customer in PDF and transferred as a follow-up to the TMK 4.0 DMS CRM module.


ERP is an online extension of the TMK 4.0 DMS workstation supplemented with modern features in the customer centre, service schedule, workshop management (work organization, time management), tire storage. These new solutions can significantly increase efficiency, thus utilization, revenue and customer satisfaction. With the help of the Car Parts Online Store, the dealership allows its customers to check out the inventory and the prices of the accessories themselves, then submit an order in the webshop. The program manages individual discounts and promotions. Online information improves customer service, reduces the workload of the staff and avoids any misunderstandings or typos. It records incoming orders automatically. Using the system requires user registration.


The new CRM – with its one-window design – greatly helps partners carry out their sales systematically, step by step, and perform their current tasks. From TMK 4.0, the Web-based Management Information System (MIS) can provide up-to-date information, thereby helping the leadership productively in high-level decision-making. It generates indicators from the data sources. After setting up, indices, comparisons and graphs are created up to date and automatically from the current data. The module can effectively signal trends in the company’s business by displaying changes in relevant numbers. Comparisons can be based, for example, on the same period of the previous year, previous x months, year to date, etc. Breakdowns of indicators and charts can be achieved too and made available to the user with one click. It is also possible to enter or upload plan data, so a plan-fact collation is accessible. The MIS produces information interfaces in a standardised HTML format, thus displayable on pc, tablets, mobile phones.


The GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), which is the privacy regulation of the European Union, entered into force on 25th May 2018. It applies to all enterprises that handle personal data within the framework of their activities in the EU. These data points must be stored for specific and legitimate purposes and only for a predefined and justifiable period. A data management contribution is mandatory for their use, as well as customers may request data supply on their stored personal information at any time.
